There is no hardback of this title. It was first published in the below magazine, "Fantastic Adventures - July 1939".  In 1971 ERB-DOM (a fanzine) reprinted this story using the text from the magazine publication. Another fanzine, Burroughs Bulletin - July issue #39, printed the story in 1974 using the unedited text and titled it "Beware!" which was Mr. Burroughs original title. The following month, August 1974 issue #40, Burroughs Bulletin reprinted the magazine version titling the story "The Scientists Revolt".
